Senior Rail Audits Manager
Monica began at AMTR in 1997. Since then she has worked in various capacities spending three years as an auditor apprentice, two more as an auditor trainee, then receiving her rail auditor certification in 2002. As a freight cost auditor, she has worked with some of the nation’s largest timber, paper, and rail companies.
Over the years, she has not only developed a great deal of experience and working knowledge of the industry, but has also focused on building strong customer relationships based on understanding and honesty. Today, she leads all rail research and customer relations operations.
Prior to AMTR, Monica worked in distribution support for Mongoose bicycles.
